I have worked in manufacturing as an inside salesperson, outside salesperson, project manager, office manager, assistant plant manager, plant manager, business manager, sales manager and general manager. I have opened new plants, and closed old ones. I’ve controlled multi-million dollar expense budgets and have negotiated contracts with customers worth tens of millions of dollars. I make good money in my career and enjoy what I do, but none of the previous four sentences is what is most important to me.

The most important thing to me is that I have a positive impact on people while I provide for my family. I want those that work with me to be better off for having known me regardless of which path our careers take. I firmly believe to do that, you have to be of strong and sound moral character – at the root of which is Integrity. This blog is simply a glimpse into the journey of my life and career, both the successes and failures. My only hope is that it will have a positive effect on those that participate.
